There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as an Emerald Coast real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I was born and raised in Evergreen, AL. Upon graduating from high school, with honors, I accepted a collegiate baseball scholarship to Huntingdon College. With several honors under my belt, Troy University came calling and I decided to further my education and athletic career there. I graduated in May of 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Kineisiology and Biology, with a specialty in Education. From 1997 to 2006, I served as Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Football Coach at several high schools throughout the Southeast US. I embarked upon my real estate career in 2006, and have seen success and business grow yearly. I specialize in residential and luxury properties, and offer extensive experience with REO listings and short sales. Since January 2010, I have been honored as the most successful agent in my office for several consecutive months and was also voted "Best Male Realtor" by Destin Magazine in 2012.

I provide a Comparative Market Analysis for you, and explain where your property should be priced, market your property through the use of print ads, MLS listing, extensive internet placements, as well as social media marketing. When the offer comes in, I explain all contingencies and go over the offer with you in full, as well as negotiate the best possible terms for sale, to allow you to get the best net deal. I am here to help you with the entire selling process and take pride in making it a smooth and profitable process.
